Split branches for content/game

Done, split folders instead. Symlinks should be used to keep it up to date (dota 2 tools doesnt like to read symlinks, so copy folder and symlink it back)

Translate Panorama Strings

decompiled some panorama stuff

raw files go into the addons folder in dota -> content -> addons, then tools compiles it to game -> addons

lua may be exception, idk yet probably just pull into…
