Canonical source vm-map/engine-ctx.toml (35 documented ctx fields) +
engine_ctx_build.py (--build/--lint, unit-tested) -> build/engine-ctx.json
+ docs/engine-ctx-reference.md. Applied to Ghidra in the next task.
