refactor(spot-card-exchange): route through InventoryService

Replace RewardGrantService + ICurrencySpendService with IInventoryService
tx pattern. BeginAsync loads viewer, TrySpendAsync debits SpotPoint,
GrantAsync grants card + cascade, CommitAsync saves.
