feat(friend): wire DTOs for /friend/* endpoints
12 files: 3 entry types (FriendEntryDto, FriendApplyEntryDto,
PlayedTogetherEntryDto), 5 response wrappers, 4 request DTOs.
All carry [MessagePackObject] + [Key] + [JsonPropertyName] per convention.
