gamer147	f9f5b0dfa4	feat(packs): add PackDraw seed DTOs and IsEnabled on PackSeed ... Three new seed DTOs (PackDrawConfigSeed, PackDrawSlotRateSeed, PackDrawCardWeightSeed) — slot and tier carried as strings, importer translates to enum.
